Location: The Pines (Cabin Side) Time: 1:00 a.m. Written By: Alex McCann On a night filled with rain and gusts of wind the team made its way into the local woods trying to yield some results. We didn't make it to the area until after midnight so it was actually an early morning expedition. Once we arrived at the cabin we split into three groups, one of which climbed up in the cabin and stayed put to listen. The other two groups walked the familar path back the line of pines and split off at the breaking point. The two groups made a few calls. The upper group reported something moving through the brush, but of minimal size and the lower group didn't hear anything. The group in the cabin reported hearing footsteps about a quarter mile away in the pines. There was still snow on the ground under the trees so one member was sent in to look for tracks, but nothing was found. The two memebers from the cabin compared the footsteps of what they heard to the footsteps of the member that went to look for the tracks and said that the original footsteps were much louder. This was actually somewhat interesting to hear, but since we didn't find any tracks we didn't think too much of it. Members: Alex, Stan, Cody, Tuggs, T-Mac
