Location: Devil's Hollow Time: 2 a.m. Written By: Alex McCann The C.C.B.R.O. made their 2nd trip to Tionesta, PA of 2013 on this particular weekend. The first night's plan was to check out a new area. The first place that came to mind was "Devil's Hollow". (We had been wanting to try this area for quite some time) The main difference between Devil's Hollow and most of the places that we usually go, is that the hollow is a lot lower in elevation. Normally, this would not be an ideal area because sound wouldn't travel well, but in this case it was a "no-brainer" to make a trip there. The long history of the area plus the possibility that it's haunted was enough to give it a try. In addition to that, it is a fairly abandoned place making it a hot spot for wildlife. We already knew the location really good and we had a spot in mind that we could make calls from by an old bridge pillar. So, we made are way down to the hollow and got setup. We made vocalizations across the creek we were near into a massive field in the background. The sounds carried very well for all the lower we were and there were nice late echos. Unfortunately, nothing felt like talking back to us on that night so it didn't last very long, but it was definitely a really cool place to be at night! Members: Alex, Evan
